I am 4 weeks pregnant. Few days ago I went to see a doctor because I felt slight discomfort in my genital area. I am still waiting for the lab results, but I guess that I have yeast infection. It had happened to me before to get infected, I guess because of my weak immune system. I bought Mycelex cream. I used it before for infections, but I am not sure now if Mycelex would be safe for me because of my condition. Does anyone know?

I used Mycelex once, but my doctor prescribed it to me. I think that you shouldn’t be using it without consulting your doctor especially because you are pregnant. Mycelex is in the FDA pregnancy category B, which means that is unlikely to harm baby. I wouldn’t take a chance if I were you.
