for the past few weeks I have the following symptoms that come in waves:

tight/stiff shoulders
pain in the back of my head and neck
odd feeling where my neck connects to my skull
light headed
nasua
inability to concentrate
cold, yet sweating palms
anxiety
my tongue feels chalky

the best way I can describe the feeling in my head is to compare it to a hang over, where your head just feels a bit jostled inside, no head ache.

I'm currently in Europe doing a study abroad ordeal. I'm American. I've been to the doctor here twice. they've concluded stress but that really doesn't match my life right now. not really home sick or culture shocked. I've had blood work for thyroid and anemia, came back negative. I'm still waiting on results for my urine. I don't know

I wonder if it is a combination of jet lag, and the effects of rapid changes in atmospheric pressure during rapid ascend and descend on the airplane. I too had flown to Europe and I did not feel quite myself shortly after my arrival there. It took me a few weeks to adjust.

This might sound silly, but perhaps you should try a neck massage....seriously, i had same things, and all it was was a pinched muscle in my neck
