You should take one pill every day about the same time starting the first day of your period or as soon as you can. I have to take mine with a little food or it makes me kind of nauseous. The highest rate of fertility I understand is about a week and a half after your period, so your probably fine. As far as I know, peeing before sex doesn't do anything to prevent pregnancy. If you're going to stay active I recommend you use condoms and talk to a gynecologist about the risks of pregnancy and std's.
