I decided that I need to stop binging, so I tried to handle my eating one day at a time. If I pig out today, I just try to take control back tomorrow and so on….also each day I try to do a lot of exercise. The balance thing, you know if I ate a lot yesterday, I do more exercise today. I am interested to know what other people do to stop binging. Thanks.

I stop bingeing by thinking really hard about not going through with the binge. So, I look for something else to do. It was very difficult, but you have to be prepared for difficulty. I just decided if I am in a happy mood I will not binge. Mood plays a major part in the whole cycle as you probably know.

I'm having a really hard time accepting that I have a problem with binge eating. Ive gained over 30 lbs in less then a year and I hate how I look and feel. When I feel bad I eat, I have a new excuse every other day.
