I have to admit I went on a full-blown, out-of-control food binge. First, I consumed the entire box of chocolate then I downed a stack of Clif Bars, then peanut butter….. Then I topped a gargantuan sesame seed bagel with a layer of creamy butter and a thick chunk of Gouda before biting into it, should I continue? I can’t control my binging on food for three days now. What I should do?

Try to distract yourself, like, go on the computer play games, go for a walk, swimming …something outdoor. Don’t upset your self there are plenty people eating food as
there comfort. You’re not alone in this. Don't put your self down saying that you’re fat and ugly because it isn't true, just talk with someone about it. Doctor would be the best, but also parent or a friend can help you. They will help you control your binging on food, take care.
