Recently (within the past 4-5 months) my nipples have become extremely sensitive to the point of pain after just a short time of my husband touching me. I am not pregnant but the pain does last about 24 hours. Does anybody know what this might be?

hey ladies. I am 19 and I was on the depo shot for about 4 years because I had horrible cramps with my periods. I have been off of it for about 3 weeks and i chaanged over to the pill when i was supose to get my next shot and i have all the symptoms of being pregnant but i have taken tests and they are all negitive. My doctor told me it could be the hormones making your body act up.

I was on Depo for two years, and then I was on the pill for the last year. When I got off the Depo, it took me a total of 5 months to get a period after my last shot since it takes about 3 months for the shot to process through your body. My mom was on it for about 6 years, and then she got pregnant (we call my mom fertile myrtle since she has had 6 kids before gettin a hysterectomy) and I got married in October. I ran out of pills in DEC and may be pregnant now.
I never noticed any nipple tenderness or even boob tenderness until just recently, and they grew. I am pretty sure I am preggo, but it is normal to have sensitive breats and you an lactate after getting off Depo--it totally happened with my Ex's mom! haa ha haaa

I was on the depo for 8 years and I have now been off it for nearly 6 months, have had no signs of any periods at all, I am a little worried, why have they not come yet? Also for the last week my nipples have been very sore, I have taken 2 pregnancy tests and they were both negative, but now I've read horrible stories that apparently pregnancy tests can give an inaccurate reading a lot of the time, and what with that that and my nipples being very sore I am very scared! What do I do??

help?

My period is 3 weeks late and my nipples are very tender when I take my bra off. I am 46 years old. Could I be starting the menopause?
