The foreskin on my penis that usually faces inward when not retracted has become red and is tearing when retracted. There also seems to be a slight build up of fluid beneath the skin. I am am not sure if it is relevant but there are several red dots like pimples on my upper thigh that rests next to the genitals. I have never had sex as well. Any ideas?

yeah i have a similar problem and there is a build up of a sticky white substance under the foreskin aswell....any ideas ppl?

Don't worry. The white stuff that builds up is called smegma and it is normal. Just wash it periodically. To make sure, you can get it checked out. Sometimes there is yeast infection there but I doubt it in your case.
