i am 20 years old....i have not attained puberty yet..my penis is like a newly born child...i have no hairs throughout my body except head.....my voice has not cracked yet ,it is very girly....

when i was 8 i found that one of my testicles was absent...doctors found it on my stomach..and immediately advised my parents to have a operation..after it my both testicles is in the right place now...but my body is not growing..i am very tensed and upset and very concerned about my sexual life....

pls give some advice it will be highly appreciated...

How about a shot of testerone, visit your doctor about this.  AND don't be embarrassed about it.  Generally your growth hormones don't stop producing until the age of 21 or so, so the sooner you go the sooner that something may be done.

Also, you may have too much estrogen in your body.  Does it look like you have breasts?

i am sharing some detail...
my right testis was undescended...doctors done orchiopexy under GA ...MY TESTICAL was in inguinal canal....

i wil be 21 this june...and there is not even a single sign of harmonal growth in my body...

I suggest that you consult an endocrinologist who can put you on hormone supplementation that should cause puberty to start.

Personally I would listen to Roland's advice as it seems very sound and logical. Maybe the testerone as well but the endo will know more.
This is more to do with doctors right now than posters on Steady Health. We are here to support you in your times of need but we are not here to diagnosis anything at all. We are here to advise and we both think you should go see the doctor - the questions you have are beyond my knowledge and skill level.
I was just seeing if you seemed to have breasts as that may be an indication of too much estrogen, which is the female hormone. Testerone is the male hormone.
