nystagmus, dizzy, neck pain

Since 2000 I have had shaking eyes, unbalanced gait and neck pain. By 2004 it has gotten so severe I can't drive anymore I chose not to drive because I feel unsafe. My eyes shake all the time [nystagmus] sometimes so bad I can't see, I can't tell a person from a distane my vision is 20/20 though. I feel like I am drunk all the time my gait is staggering and i seem to sway to the right. My dizzy spells come and go some times they last seconds and other times they last longer. when i get the spells i feel that i must shake my head which i do, sometimes it works somtimes it dosen't :-( i always have neck pain also sometimes it feels like it will fall off %-) . I am now starting to have difficulty in swallowing all right sided. I have had a brain tumor in the past " Cerrebellum Astrosytoma" they did surgery in 1981 and after the surgery when i was in icu i had a small TIA right sided face was affected paralized and numb only on the right side of face kinda weak on the right leg can't use right hand much for real pin point [like writing} i have had many MRI'S, CT'S ECT. I have led a pretty "normal life" untill 2000 when all my symptoms started getting worse anyone have any answers cuz the Dr. don't i am at my wits end i can't stand feeling and looking like a drunk,i can't drive,i can't even walk straight,no hiking or going on walks with the kids, i can't even take stairs anymore----------HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! >:(
