I am 46 and for quite a few years, prolonged sexual activity leads to my right vas deferens getting very swollen and sore, to the point that I need to stop before ejaculation. The pain and swelling usually subsides within a day or so providing I restrain from sexual activity.
When it first occured, I did visit a doctor who sent me to hospital for an ultrasound scan which found nothing wrong. I am not really concerned that it is a serious condition as I have had it for a long time now but it is does affect my sex life and so I would really like to get rid of it.
This evening it occured during masturbation and is extremely sore and uncomfortable so I decided to do some internet research. It only ever occurs on the right side and when it does, the left and right vas deferens feel very different. However, most of the time they both feel normal so I am reluctant to go back to the doctor when there are no symptoms and they found nothing wrong previously.
Any advice or help very much appreciated.
