HEY DUDE I AM 60 and I have the same problem., The spleen can cause those type problems which can be indicative of other malfunctions. DRS ARE JUST MEDECINE MEN NOW WITH BIG HOUSE PAYMENTS AND an EDUCATION TO PAY OFF.. I saw one the other day with a bone stuck thru his nose

The spleen is about fist size under the edge of the left side of the rib cage. It can also be caused by bile duct problems from the galbladder which causes the spleen to secret infectious goo in the area where lymph nodes are in the groin. It's not sweat it actually has a color to it that's brown and dreadfully stinks . I HOPE THIS HELPS. ON THE BRIGHT SIDE I USE TO SPRAY DISINFECTANT SPRAY ON MINE. DON'T TRY THAT YOU WILL BE IN FOR A REAL TREAT

Boric acid can be bought at a pharmacy, always, ALWAYS make a solution do not use dry. It will dry out the area. Have you tried a solution of Dettol and water, weak I would say, maybe 1 X 10, 10 being the water. Moisten the area, do something for a minute or two like brush your teeth, and then take shower. This helped in a few days.

Not sure if this is all totally true-that a doctor and a nurse have not been able to figure something out to alleviate this. But at the end of his shower, have him try slathering the area with a small handful of 10% povidone-iodine. Allow it to sit on the offending area 20 seconds or so then rinse thoroughly. Certainly that will kill germs, bacteria, fungus. That should help diminish the odor. I don't know if doing this daily would cause any absorption of dangerous levels of iodine through the skin, but it may be a good temporary fix. And it does not burn the skin.

I had no problems down south for lets say 50+ yrs and then who knows, age, hormones, but after trying a lot of things, ALL the above..... in the last few months, washing with Dettol, diluted maybe 1 to 5 parts water, GONE ODOUR.... You can get it at any pharmacy. I actually just rub groin, and penis head, under foreskin, and totally normal now.

Try some Wet Ones Antibacterial Hand Wipes. It will sting for a few seconds but it clears mine up in a day or so although I continue to wipe the area once or twice a day for awhile.
