i am a man of 22 years old. i have a rash on both sides of my groin area. it itches like crazy! it has a smelly odor. and also i have pimples breaking out everywhere on my legs. whats going on???

I have the same issue, they figured it is "candida" a yeast infection or crotch rot, they got me on some strong anti-fungal pills that arent good for your liver but suppose to do the trick just started taking it today, have a rash on side of sack and pimples almost like ingrown hairs, ill keep posted if works if anyone else has some answers that would be great but doesnt seem like anyone really has one!!!!
