I recently switched birth control and on the third week of my active pills, I began my period. It was normal flow. On the first day of my sugar pills, I began another period but very light and only lasting three days. Two days later my fiance and I had unprotected sex. Two days after the sex, I began to discharge light brown spotting. only lasting two days also. Is there a chance I am pregnant? I am just wondering. I am ready for the responsibility but am in college. so please no abstinence preaching. I am fully aware of what i did.

No preaching here honey! When you change birth control it can take your body another 3 motnhs to regulate your cycle! You are protected from pregnancy still - as the pill stops ovulation 99% of the time! So even though there is ALWASY a slight chance of pregnancy on the pill it is very small! I always tell my boys to wear a condom - even if their partner is on the pill! This takes away any chance of pregnancy also for them to ejaculate outside the body! And it virtually eradicates most STI's too! So keep that in mind as well! But I think you are totally fine - just your body regulating that's all!
