My right testicle bigger than my left one. At times my right one will decrease is size and become the same size as the other one. Is this serious?

i have the sam thing only my left ball it 3 times the size as my right one and im only 13 and i and i little afraid because i dont want it to get cut off, because its a little soft please telll me if you find a awnser
