Hi, I am 34 years old male and I have panic attacks from time to time. It is not so frequent, maybe 2 times per month but also I feel some other unpleasant symptoms. When I am somewhere outside, at open space, it makes me dizzy. I feel like I will fall on the ground. If someone had similar experience tells me what to do.

Hi there,
The panic attacks that you have might be caused by anxiety and there for you might be feeling dizzy when you are in open space. Have you noticed if this happens if you found your self in closed but big space which has plenty of room? The fright of open space is called agoraphobia. Have you heard about this? This is often associated with anxiety disorders. Have you talk to your doctor about this condition? I know that these thing can be treated by therapies and sometimes with medication. How long have you been experiencing these panic attacks and the feeling of dizziness when you are outside on open space?
All the best,
Danella
