if what you have is what i think it is(blue balls), then no worries. if youre doing sexual activities and have an erection and dont ejaculate, then this causes the tubes that carry the sperm from your balls to your penis to become backed up with semen, causeing your balls to hurt. it usually goes away after a few hours. as far as i know no long term damage can be done from blue balls, it just hurts for a few hours. however i could be wrong. there is lots of information on the internet about blue balls if you want more information.
