Hi! After masturbation, usually long masturbation (over an hour) I get a dull pain in my left testicle. The pain seems to originate from where a big chord connects to my testicle, not the teste itself. If you'd imagine the teste as an almond, the chord would connect at the pointy bit. Above it I also have some other chords running. These are a big lumpy mess, unlike my other teste where they are clearly defined. Should I be worried?

What it sounds like you may be experiencing is a case of blue balls when blood gets congested and backed up in the vessels of the testicle and spermatic cord, usually ejaculating makes the dull ache go away.....
