Hi everyone. Like many of you, this surgery has ruined my life. I am 10 weeks post surgery and the pain is still so bad that I can barely do anything and I am worried about my job, my relationship and my quality of life in general. Reading your posts here has helped me to at least feel that what I'm experiencing is kind of normal... but what i'd live to know is are you healed now? Is there light at the end of the tunnel?

I am just about done with the initial 1 month healing post-hemorrhoidectomy. I saw great advice posted here and I would like to add more. Baby Wipes after BM......but dipped in steaming hot bath water. Leave the water there. You will be soaking in it right after. Also try installing a bidet. Once you can walk, stay taking short walks. And female pads definitely work. Don't be ashamed to try any of these ideas. If sex drive is affected post-recovery, first try OTC fixes like Ageless Male & Nugenix. If that doesn't work, see your urologist.
