I am a 53 year old woman and I fell very hard on my left side on a ceramic floor. This was about 5 days ago..since then I have had alot of pain around the underside of my left breast and my side....so I think I cracked a rib....how long is the heal time and I can breath deep just fine and cough...but the coughing is painful...I have been practicing deep breathing and it is not very painful...is this a cracked rib or a very bruised side??
