I am 18 and have had sex for the first time when I was 16. I started to date my boyfriend in October but we always had sex with a condom. Last thursday, since I am on birth control, we had sex without a condom. Since that I have been peeing so much and everytime I pee it burns and stops burning after I stop peeing. Although when I wipe myself off right after, there is a little redness which I suppose to be blood (on the toilet paper.) I am so afraid of a STD I have been crying so much and I actually want to break up with him. I am just so afraid and don't know what to do.
Can anyone help me? I am gonna go to the doctor but I just wanted to know something about it before because I am really afraid.

it could just be a yeast infection or something like cystitis which is very common in sexually active women!
don't break up with your boyfriend over this - talk to him and if you decide to have unprotected sex again ask him to get himself checked out - if he cares about you he'll go do it!

I will talk to my boyfriend about it. But for sure if he doesn't get himself checked I will break it up.
Now about cystitis, how would I be able to cure it, I mean there are STD's that have no cure, is that one of them?
I really hope it's only a yeast infection. But right after we had sex I felt the inside of my vagina itchy.

Cystitis isn't an STD - its a bacterial infection that causes irritation of the bladder - drink lots of water and go to the docs - you'll probably need some antibiotics.
most STDs caught early enough can be treated. why do you think that your bf has an STD??? even if he does, he may not know about it!!!
to me it sounds like cystitis - i had exactly the same symptoms! its usually caused by bacteria from the gut getting into your urethra and into the bladder.
I found i got it the first time i had sex without a condom - i went to the docs and got some antibiotics and it went away. However, i also noticed that it kept coming back and now i have managed to stop it by peeing straight after sex and washing afterwards - haven't had it for over a year now!

I am taking some over the counter antibiotics untill i go to the docs.
Well i didn't think he had i was just afraid of him having something he didn't even know, but he told me he checked himself recently...
