First thing you do is go to the doctor to make sure it is not a uti and tell him what happened. If it is not a uti tell him to refer you to a urologist

I think that you shouldn’t be so much worried about any possible STD but you will have to check this of course. So first thing is first. Make an appointment in your doctor’s office.
There is no way that you can avoid seeing him and resolving your problem.
He will examine you and do some urine tests and analysis and after the results he will know for sure what is in question. You are probably suffering from urinary tract infection and this is easy to treat and since you have had sex for the first time you have probably become more prone to this condition. you will be prescribed antibiotics and you will be better in a few days.
