Trow away all your undies... Buy new ones ( different materials) and make sure to wash before using... And do NOT wash it together with your clothes! You must be very allergic to something, or the material of your underwear! Try each material for a week to see if you get any relief. Do not buy anything sexy, start by buying 100% cotton expensive, soft nice, large( meaning comfortable) definitely not string! And see. Quote:

I have had this problem for 2 years now. I was diagnosed with Lichen Sclerosis and treated with Clobetasol. See an Ob/Gyn, and ask for a prescription for Clobetasol- it's the only thing I have found that keeps it under control.

What most of you are describing sounds like Psoriasis.Yes is happens down there too. Go to a DERMATOLOGIST. They'll most like like do a tiny punch biopsy to confirm. Trust me , you'll be glad you did.

it's 'clitoral health' not vaginal health. they aren't the same areas. and it sounds like you have adhesions. look up clitoral adhesions, you people should really learn more about your body parts.

I don't know if this is relevant to you but I am a middle aged woman and had years of undiagnosed severe but erratic clitoral pain. On one further occasion of self - examining my clitoris and pulling the hood back as far as it would extend, I extracted 3 tiny hairs - thinner than baby hair and shorter than an eyelash. The pain stopped and I have since extracted maybe one such hair every 6 to 8 months. I think it must have been the growth of these hairs which was causing me such excrutiating pain. I hope this helps someone else self diagnose. I don't know if it's something that can be cured medically - and after year's of extremely insensitive treatment at the hands of doctors I'm certainly not going back to find out - but at least once you know what it is you can keep it from becoming painful.
