Hi, I'm 19 years ood and female. Just Monday i hurt my lower back by jumping on the bed belly first, when i got up from the bed it started to kill me. Now the pain has shifted from my lower back to my buttocks and back legs but mostly to my hip where it really hurts. Sometimes it hurts to stand but i feel it more when im sitting in class. Can someone shine some light on this? Should I go see a doctor? or put some heat/cold pads? take some medication for the pain? Or does my hip pain have nothing to do with my back pain and its something? Its surely not my period, for a fact i know that, i just finished it on Saturday. Thanks and much apprieciated!

Well I turned around quickly, sprinted to the bed very fast and land on the bed belly first with my face down on the bed, then I turned around and when I tried to get myself up I felt a sharp pain in my back and wasn't able to move that well

Well my boyfriend was making the bed and I thought it would be funny to jump on the bed (bad move) and mess up the sheets. I normally don't move quickly or make rapid movements like I did.
