Dear All,
of late I have been experiencing pain in my left hip ( didn't have any fall/injuries) and sometimes in lower back. after having a good rest on my back, the pain reduced considerably. But I still face some mild difficulties when I involve/stretch my back like bending down. Last night I traveled in a Bus (for about 7 hours) and now today morning had the same pain again. Can one of give me some advice on what might be the problem? and some good exercise to strengthen my hip.

Am 27 and an IT guy.
