pain in my uterine region on the side

i have a lump the size of a small grape on one side of the opening and two tiny pimplelike bumps on the other side i have recently started to get a pain in my uterine region on the side i worry cause i had a cervical cancer shot when i was 14 and right after that about a month is when all my menstural and cervical problems began i missed a period for an entire summer and almost that entire year i didn't officially get my period back till march of 2009 after being without it for 2008's summer and my periods would last at least for a month i have finally started to have them every month and i'm am now almost 19 should i see a doctor or not
