Hi
Since a week I am having pain encompassing neck region, arms and shoulders. Also another place where am facing radiating pain is back area at the back side where rib cage finished (on right side). Tried massage with oil to relieve tensions but no help. Presently neck area hurts while making any movements, while standing backside pain on right side radiates and feels as if back-bone wud break. Suggest what could be diagnosis and also does allopathy treat this completely. I try to take chemical medications- the least piossible. Would homeopathy help?

Pain alerts you to the fact that something is wrong with your body. You need to find out the cause of the pain before it can be successfully treated. I suspect you may have a pinched nerve somewhere in the neck and upper back area. You will need to see a doctor to find out.

This is one of the symptoms I have also. Doctors are still trying to figure out exactly what is wrong with me.
I had cervical surgery (C-5,C-6) over 3 yrs ago. I have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, RSD and myofascial syndrome. My current doctor is testing me for MS.
Yes you need to go to the doctor but do not be surprised if your asked to undergo many test. If you are like me there is a problem they just can't seem to figure out what is causing my problem.
I have had the best luck with neurologists, if that helps you any.
Best of luck.
