Pain in right testicle: epididymal lumps, small testicular bump, pain prevents sleep

aye am 15 and i have a small lump on top off my right testicle i have had the lump for about a year and a bit feels like a bb bullet and sometimes when i go to the toilet for a wee aye get like a shooting pain threw my testicles and when aye wee it feels like my right testicle vibrates to my left testicle and when aye start having a wee a feel a vibration feeling threw my penis am really scared i have been to the doctors for it and they said it was just a cyst but buy looking at theys comments looks like it is something really bad the lump now feels like its getting a bit littlea like its about to go away but its now effecting my right leg its feels like my leg is really week and when aye walk on it it feels like am going to fall over my left leg feels stronger then my right to walk on and aye do getting bad pains in my right testicle and there is now a vain coming from my right testicle to my stomach and it feels like its upseting my stlomach and sometimes it effects my sleeping and my right testicle feels bigger then my left but my left testicle hangs more then my right testicle but aye dont no how cause my left testicle feels littler then my right and my right testicle feels bigger then my left can any body tell me what it could be or has anyone been feeling the same?

Kick them in the balls and then tell them their not really in pain!

I have the same problem with the small lump in the head of the epididymis which if often very painful. I've seen several urologist with no luck. Everything always seems normal and healthy.

I've probably had 8 ultra sounds. MRI, CT all normal. If you every find out please post

I have the same problem for getting to 3 years now. Been to the urologist twice but he's always like " its nothing serious, u are fine" but I have a hard dot on my right testicle and occasional pain in both testicles and some veins running on the left testicle. I guess I will have to live with it

Has it gone away if so what did you take bci think i have the same symptoms

It's a piece of kryptonite, there is also a piece on the left tube thats why the left nut is so dead and numb. If you have both pieces taken out you'll be female. Have some in your teeth, back, feet, if it's all removed you'll turn into a star. Peace!

I had pain in my left testicle for 6 months. Doctor say its epididymitis. Now I am having hard lump on the head of left testicle as well, and my sperm amount is reduced. Is that common for epididymitis?
