Hey, theres a few things i need to tell ya, i have been having pain in my upper thigh/groin scrotum and lower abdoman, its not so much PAIN, but discomfort, similar to a numbness of some sort, i have no idea what this is, got any clues???

I notice you have a hard time describing the pain/numbness/discomfort in these areas. If the skin and surface areas (as opposed to the muscle) seems hyper sensitive, as if it is irritating to touch, even lightly, and this is accompanied by swelling in the glands on either side of the pelvic area, there is a possibility you have herpes. Not the end of the world mind you, but you should know, for your future sexual partner's sake. This might be the only symptoms you experience, and you may never have another episode. You may never develop blisters. The majority of people with herpes do not know, because most never have symptoms.
