Im 21 year old and have no drinking or smoking habit,
pain comes instantly in my left testicle nerve without sexual arousal and its like a lump in the nerve ends in testis, The lump will gone when im in sleeping position, and its comes back when i stand or sitting position,and it makes pain like cant bearable,
i searched in google about this but so many diseases are found,and im confused and worried so much,give a solution about what is the actual problem with my testis
