i am 25 year and i been paining my left testicle for 3 months i went to see a urologist he told me that's normal its bcouse of inflamation of spermatic cord he gave me some pain killer.but its nothelping me alot.
first i been having red cells in my urine for 7 months and been treated by urologist he took all my tests like I.V.U ,ultrasound and systoscopy all r clear but red cells still coming in urine .during this treatment i experienced a little lump on my left testes but when i asked from my doctore he said its only an inflamation of sprematic cord .
i am still taking some antibiotic medicine like "monoral"
can anyone tell me whats the real problem .
i am also noticing that my left testes is getting smaller in size and also its tendering

HI i have the same problem like what you have, i get worried about this because everytime i saw that there is red cells in my urine i am really afraid, bfore i went to the doctor and do some examination test like urine, ultra sound they are suspicious of varicucele or epidydimal cyst. now after that examination and treating some medicine i still have the same problem. i hope you will contact me if any news about your problem and i will do the same..
