I have been having a little pain in my testes, it has been going on for some time now. We I do ejaculate, it is sometimes extremely so strong and a large amount of sperm does come out. It sometimes has little thick pieces in it.

Now, about a year and half ago, i had a hernia operate done, in which the hernia fell in my testes. The operation was performed and remove or replace my hernia, but testes turned black & blue for about two months. Time went on and i have notice a lump forming just above the penis below the belt line. it's on the right side and is getting larger has time goes on, some days it goes down. Sometimes just urinating will relieve the pressure i feel sometimes.

Could this be another hernia or something to do with my previous operation? :'(
