Hello. I'm 15. I masturbate about 3-4 times a week. But I don't think this is linked to the pain I'm having.

I have this pain above my left testes. I can't quite describe the feeling but it's not really pain but well, pain.

The pain comes and go. Any help or advice would be appreciated. I really hope I did not get infected or anything.

Thanks in advance, David.

Hello. I'm not sexually active. Virgin, to be exact. I'm not circumcised and not able to retract my foreskin.

ok well slight pain that comes and goes occasionally usually isnt anything to be too concerned about, make sure you check your testicles for lumps and bumps atlaest once aweek. have you ever done a testicular self-exam? this is usually easiest in a hot shower or bath as your scrotum will thin out and you can easily feel each testicle. it is important to be able to retract your foreskin once you hit puberty because smegma ( a mixture of oils, dead skin cells and bacteria will build up on the head of your penis can can cause infections, irritation and foul oder. it is possible that you may have gotten a slight infection in your urinary tract from this. does it hurt/burn to urinate? have you had trouble urinating. do you start and stop while you pee or does it feel like you have to pee worse after you are done urinating?
If you had a epididymal or testicular infection (epidiymitis/orchitis) usually your testicle will swell a lot and there will be acute lasting pain. so I doubt its that. but it is important to practice good hygiene.
what is preventing your from retracting your foreskin. is it stuck, tight, sore?

I've checked my testes, I do not feel any lumps or bumps. It does not burn while I urinate. When I try to retract my foreskin, it's stuck.
Also, I can feel the pain next to my testes my left leg. The pain is a small area at the top of my thigh.

Hey there david.

The pain in your thigh is  a little puzzleing but I dont think its too much to worry about right now. Has the pain in your teste gone down any?  also have you noticed any blood or discharge form your penis  especially when you urinate or ejaculate?

It is important  that you are able to retract your foreskin as i mentioned inan earlier post.  can you tell me which drawing best illustrates your penis when you are trying to retract your foreskin?

 Thanks

WEll if it looks like D then you should eventually be able to compleatly retract your foreskin.... i would gently try to do it in bath with REALLY warm water...... if you a a few cups of epsome salt it may help make the foreskin more elastic. i would try to do that  and let your self soak for a bout 10 min. then try to gently streatch it. Do not do this with an erection as you may injur delecate blood vessels or nerves in your penis. make sure your penis is flaccid (mot erect) or at most semi erect.   this will take some time so be paitinet. once you are done streatching make sure to rinse yourself off well so you dont have any salt residue that may irritate your skin. try to do this at least 3 times a week but daily would be best.... also while your in the bath try to clean off any smegma as this could be areason for your trouble retracting the foreskin.

As for the pain if it is not to severe and comes and goes I wouldnt worry about it much right now especially if you do not feel any lumps or bums on your testees or see any blood in your urin or semen.  you could always just mention the pain to your doctor the next time you go and see him.

hope this helps and let me know if it makes sense and if you have any other quesions or concerns just ask!!!! :)

I've had a slight discomfort above my left testicle. It comes and goes. I'm having an ultrasound next week. Should I be worried?
