I am diabetic and once was told by another female diabetic that these symptoms were from sugar being at a high level. I have been experiencing some painful itchy knots in my pubic area. The knots are under my skin of the lips of my vagina. What could they be and how can I treat them. One side of my vagina lips is bigger than the other and has a itchy painful knot in the inside.
