I've got a painful lump on the skin of my scrotum, I suspect an insect bite of some sorts as I also have an obvious bite lower down my leg. It's quite sore to the touch and when moving around. I've been treating it with an Ibuprofen gel that was prescribed to me two weeks ago when a catheter was removed following surgery for a sore glans.

Right now I'm in a location where it would be difficult to get to a competent doctor so need to self treat. I also have a date tomorrow and we will be spending a couple of nights together so some way of stopping the sore would be greatly appreciated!
