Well, you need to go and see a doc to check what on Earth is going on!
What happened to your first testicle? Was it a testicular torsion?
Testicular pain could arise from bacterial infection of the testicle itself, epididymis-a tube that lies on the testicle, it could arise from inguinal hernia, or kidney stones, etc
Most of these conditions usually cause additional symptoms, so reporting anything else unusual could be of great importance either here or to your doctor.
I don’t know if you are done fathering or not, but I would want to lose both of the testicles, that is for sure.
It could also be nothing serious, a transient pain from slight trauma but I would have it checked.
