Hello. I'm 17 year old male and just recently I have noticed some irregularities on my left testicle.
You see, I've noticed the tube to my right testicle feels out of place and more prominent than my right one. The truth is that I have never really pay attention to this but now- when I saw it- I would like to know could it be something wrong. I'm still not sexually active and I wouldn’t like to find out that I have some problem of this nature.
What could cause me this unusual Testical tube? Could it be some kind of testicular cancer? Please, if anyone knows more about these problems- write about it because I don’t have any pain but I’m really getting worried.

Hello. I have read your post and I see you’re worried about all this. First of all, I really doubt that it could be testicular cancer because usually it is present in a form of big bump in your scrotal region. You could feel it under your fingers.
Cancer would normally be on the front of the Testical and not associated with the tubes. It also causes no pain, what so ever.
You didn’t describe it like this so I believe we are talking about normal epididymis. This is a small tubes-like organ that conducts the sperm from your testicles and it is quite normal to feel I under your fingers. One could be more prominent than the other and this doesn’t have te mean anything. Quite naturally, there are a lot of changes going on in your body at this particular point in time and some of them will definitely confuse you. But, I believe that there is nothing to be worried about all this.
