First off, I know if I want to truly get a comprehensive answer I need to go see a doctor, but I am just curious to know if anyone can give me some kind of general idea as to what my problem is.

Can anyone discern what possibly could be going on here? I have noticed my penis often gets extremely dry and it looks as if the glands are irritated or inflamed. The white spots become more apparent after friction from sex-masterbution. From my research it sounds like some kind of fungus, but it could also possibly just be vitiligo.
