When erect, I have small bumps on the underside of my penis. You can barely feel them and they are really small and run on the underside mainly and some on the front and side.

I also have small and few hairs on the underside of my penis leading to the head (can not see them unless you look for them).

I aslo have small bumps on underside of penis head, running around the edges.

Are these bumps a problem and could the develop into something bad??

Um... *cough cough*... I'm pretty sure you can't post pictures of your genitals here.

But from the sound of it, its normal. Mine has small bumps as well.

The condition you describe, small bumps, possibly associated with hair folicles, is normal.

It is good that you are conducting self-examinations. This regular monthly exam, coupled with a testicular exam, may one day save your life, if you should note a serious dramatic change in your testes.

Only you will note when something has changed. You can't expect your doctor to catch all the changes... only observe when things are going as normal.

If you have more questions about your development, and if the appearance is normal, you can ask your doctor at your next appointment. They are a great, on-the-spot exam and info provider!
