Hi, I've recently had a small cluster of bumps appear of my penis head. They do not hurt or itch at all. I also had no fever or aching when they appeared. I went to a 2 doctors and they both said it deffinetly wasn't herpes or a std but they were unsure of other skin conditions then I went to a urologist who immediately said they felt it was herpes. I got a blood test and it came back negative. However the doctor said if it was a recent exposure ( within the last 2 months or so) it might not be in my blood. But I haven't been with anyone within that amount of time, I told them this yet they still urged they felt it was herpes. I feel like they misdiagnosed me because i have no symptoms. The bumps are small with no discoloration and are barely raised. They Dont hurt and they dont Appear to have anything in them. i have had testicle pain prior to this and the doctor said i had an infection, the pain Came back with these bumps. its been about 6 months since the original pain. Could I have herpes? Does this sound like any other conditions? Please help as this has been driving me crazy.

What you are describing sounds very much like Pearly Penile Papules (PPP), a common penis condition.  If that is the case, there’s nothing to worry about; they are harmless and painless and shouldn’t cause you any problems.  On a separate note, it’s a good idea to take steps to ensure overall penis health; using a top notch penis vitamin cream (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil) can play a big part in your penis health routine. Choose a cream that includes both a range of vitamins and an ingredient known as L-arginine, which helps with penis blood flow.
