Hi, i'm 17 years old and i have these tiny raised, flesh color bumps on the underside of my penis. they don't really hurt, but if i squezz them a very small amount of white stuff comes out. its sorta like a white head. is this normal?

hey man i can't say for sure because i cant see what your describing but i bet they are something called fordyce's spots. google image search these and see if they look similar you can get them on your penis and or scrotum and they feel like little grains of sand under your skin. they are sebacious (oil) gland and are 100% normal. to they become more noticable when you get an erection? 8)

i looked it up and i have those, but the bumps i'm talking about are bigger and more noticeable. and when i squez them stuff actually comes out. have anyone heard of this or had a similar thing? should i go see a doctor?

how long have you had these? they sound like they may be sebacious cysts. have they gotten any worse or better?

I've had them 2 maybe three years. they haven't really gotten worse, but there is like 30-40 of them.

about how big are they? there is a link i can send you the picture is a bit disturbing because there are so many lumps but they are cysts.in the picture these cysts are actually pretty good size.

sorry its just hard to give advice based on description.... if you can tell be how big they are it might help

They are different sizes. some are about the size of nerds (the candy0 and some are smaller

hmmmm and you said they are flesh colored, are they soft and you can get white stuff out of them when you squeeze them? do they ever go away or get better

It varies slightly over time, but they never completely go away.
