Hello. I'm 22 year old male and about a week ago I have noticed a small lump on the underside of penis about half way down the shaft.
I have never seen anything like it but it looked like a small pimple filled with pus. So, I tried to squeeze it and pus came out.
After two or three days, I have noticed that this pimple is filled with pus again. So, I have sought for medical help.
General practitioner at an international clinic diagnosed me with a sebaceous cyst. He has also said that the only way I could get rid of it for sure is small operation.
Any suggestions?

Bumps on the penis are one of the most common things guys write in about. Well, I really don’t have any doubts in your doctor’s diagnosis but I don’t think that such a dramatic treatment could be the only optional treatment.
My suggestion is- leave the cyst alone. You’ll see-in about two months it will disappear completely.
Of course, in some cases, you can have them surgically removed in a physician's office but in most cases- small inflamed cysts can be treated by injection of steroid medications.
If it doesn’t causing any pain to you- two months of waiting will not kill you but it will maybe spear you from getting one scar.
