Ok this is a bit embarrassing for me cuz I'm not an open guy but the last 2 days I have been getting pain when I pee the pain is in the head of my penis and today I got some morning fun with the wife and it was painful when I ejaculated. It feels like I got a lump in the neck of my penis does anyone know what this could possibly be and and home remedies I can do to make the pain go away??

Its hard to say.... have you noticed any blood in your semen or urine? have you recently noticed any nausea or back/side pain? it could be that you have a stone stuck in your urethra but unlikely.... is your wife your only sex partner? have you ever been tested for STI's?
