My period is about two days late. I've had sex twice, the first time my period was a week late after it, and this time, its late again. I am on birth control, and took my pills around the same time every night, sometimes I think the times overlaped a little. We also used a condom, and he didn't cum because he began to get soft as we were having sex. He pulled out, condom still in tact as far as I saw. We also didn't have any rips or tears.
And now my periods began to be late, should I be worried?

As long as you have been religious in taking your pills, i don't think there is any need to worry. Predictable periods can all of a sudden become unpredictable.
I commend you and your bf for being extra cautious, that shows that you two are mature and responsible and not ready for any surprises at this time.
