Dear (sorry i do not know your name),
I am a 11 year- old girl. I keep worrying, because , EVERYDAY, I get this strange smelly white stain in my panties. I just searched in the Internet and found out that sooner I'll be having my first periods if the white thing stains. I've never had my periods before. This white thing stains mostly when I'm at school. Will you please, please advise me what I could do if suddenly blood runs in my panties during school and I don't have a pad. I was told by my 13-year-old cousin (who had her periods), to tell in the office that I was feeling very sick. What if they ask me what was the matter? OK...I would tell them that I have fever or a bad cold and they say take rest at school, but then, should I tell them the truth that my periods began?? My school head-teacher is a male, I won't like telling him, would I? I please need some ideal suggestions!!
Thank you very much!
Yours sincerely,
Sweeya (which is my name). P.S. Reply should be quick!

Stop stressing about it. It can take a couple of years after the appearance of the white discharge before you get your period. If you are worried about it happening at school, take a pad with you. The blood doesn't gush out, you will have time to sort out something before it soaks though.
