I need help with this, I have no idea what kind of infection I have. I've been to several doctors and they have no clue and I've been on several antibiotics...

I have had an ongoing infection for some years now and had been to a few doctors in the past but never got a diagnosis. So within the last year and a half, I decided I was going to try to get a diagnosis from a few new doctors. The infection is in my vagina and I have no symptoms except for a clear, yellow/beige, light green discharge; thin to thick and stringy/ slimy like a huge booger : it changes through out the month... It has a musty/ SOUR smell but not fishy or anything... I have no idea what it is...
It's not an std (because I am a virgin), yeast infection or BV. I've already taken pills for UTI, BV and yeast infection with no relief. I've had blood work, and a culture/urinalysis and it all comes back negative/ nothing.
I was originally told that it was a UTI but none of the pills have worked.
I've looked this infection/ these symptoms up and evidently it's more common than I thought but no patient has been able to get a diagnosis, through a PAP; c/s test, uranalysis etc...
Did anybody find out what this is yet???

I certainly have not come across that, and in general I try to stick with basic reality on a health website, but if doctors are stumped, I would point out that they are not the only source of knowledge and information. It is not an act of desperation, but exploration, if you widen your enquiry to include new age resources. There are the commonly known and accepted skills of acupuncture etc., and there are other, less familiar and understood resources out there. Take it far enough, and you might find the answer. You need not risk anything more than some of your time, and at your discretion, a little of your money. Rather less than ineffective medication, I suspect.
I won't go into specifics, because ultimately, I don't know what you would be comfortable with hearing and considering, but if it helps to go out there and explore, I'm delighted.

I have the same situation like you. I went for Pap test wet mount and everything but it all comes back with negative results. The doctor said that it is normal. But I don't think so. Because normal discharge shouldnt be in this way right ? Hope someone helps.
