Hi have PMR and after taking predinsone most of the pain is gone but when I stand for over an hour or walk for over 30 minutes my legs get so tired or feel like I can not more or stand. They don't really hurt but feel really tired.  I thought pmr did not affect muscles, so why do they feel so tired.  Same thing happens with my arms. Also, my back feels achy like it is freezing if the air seems cold.  Anyone else have these symtoms?
