Hello, guys. My mother has been experiencing some muscle weakness lately. Doctors suspect on polymyositis, but need to perform a biopsy to be sure. I was wondering if this is the only diagnostic method which can tell us with 100% of certainty that this is polymyositis. I am not a medical expert, so I hope you won’t mind me asking some stupid questions.
