Hello, lately I've been worrid about my possibilities of having testicular cancer. I have made some research on the symptoms and way of detection.

Some months ago I had pain on my left testicle happen from time to time; Eventually the pain went away and only lasted less than 2 days. I wanted to know if random testicular pains are completely rare and a major sign of cancer.

I began checking for any lumps and found nothing serious; for some time I did not know what the epididymis was and believed it was an abnormal lump. My questions for this is: Is it normal to only find the epididymis on the left testicle and not on the right one? And can the size of the epididymis count as a factor of cancer?

Another concern is about having "watery or clear semen". I masterbate at least once every two days and wanted to ask if my masterbation is the reason of some of my semen is clear or is it a sign a possible sign of cancer.

Any feed backs would be very appriciated. Thanks! :-)
