Hi, I've been experiencing very little pain in my left testicle and lower abdomen for the past few months and it seems that my left testicle is harder and more than slightly larger than the other. I'm very concerned that it could be testicular cancer so i scheduled an appointment for a physical today. What else could this be? Any comments would be gladly appreciated.

Get yourself a good urologist. He should perfom a ultrasound exam on the testicles and take some blood work (Turmor markers: LDH, Beta HCG and AFP).
