Okay so heres the problem: I masturbate, then after im done, theres this creeping pain that gets stronger in the shaft and beyond, and the tension builds and builds then i have to pee, and stay @ the toilet / shower peeing out little squirts of pee untill it feels better. :-( anyone know what is wrong? do i need to go to the clinic and get checked out?
